Raising a child with special needs isn't always easy, and this past week, Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) lent a hand to those Spanish-speaking families through their resource fair, Foro Latino.
Taking place at South Division High School, the event, held in Spanish with English interpretation, is one of a kind in the state. And with this year being the 14th year MPS has put on the fair, attention only continues to grow.
