At the second-oldest operating MPS school, it's no surprise you'd find staff who has been there for a while.
But nearly 200 years of combined experience? That's pretty impressive.
OnMilwaukee's Bobby Tanzilo visited H.W. Longfellow School near 21st and Mineral St. in the Clarke Square neighborhood, and he met six teachers whose cumulative years at the school exceed the age of the school itself.
Not bad for a 132-year-old building.
