These Milwaukee Public Schools will be providing free lunches starting Monday

Milwaukee Public Schools will be closed Monday, March 16 through at least Monday, April 13, following an order from Gov. Tony Evers on Friday closing all K-12 schools in the state. Now MPS is making special accommodations for students who relied on those schools' lunch programs.

Twenty one schools will be offering free lunch Mondays through Fridays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. beginning March 16, including Reagan, North Division, Marshall and Bay View High Schools.

"I recognize the impact this closure will have on our school community, and know it may burden some of our students, families, and staff who rely on our schools," MPS superintendent Keith P. Posley said in a statement. "We recognize that our schools provide healthy meals to many of our students."

The complete list of schools, with addresses, is below.
