Famous Milwaukee architects designed this modest downtown building. Listen to our interview below for the story.
Even though the opening is still a long way off, construction crews are hard at work around the future home of the Milwaukee Bucks arena in Downtown.
Or — more accurately — deconstruction crews.
Only a handful of buildings remain near the site, and they’ll soon be demolished to make room for new development around the arena.
OnMilwaukee’s Bobby Tanzilo went into one of those buildings last week for his column and joined me in studio to talk about it.
The building: Kissinger’s Meat and Poultry
The location: 505 W. Juneau Ave.
