Former Pabst distribution center to be become brewery
It’s an enormous building in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee. And next summer, Milwaukee Brewing Company is moving in.
The 170,000 square foot complex spans an entire city block and has a longtime connection to beer — it was originally built as a distribution center for Pabst in the 1970s.
To get a closer look, OnMilwaukee’s Bobby Tanzilo went inside and spoke with Milwaukee Brewing Co. President and CEO Jim McCabe about the plans for the space (which includes a rooftop lounge!) near 9th and Highland Ave.
