Feast your way around Milwaukee with this guide to Milwaukee's best food trucks

On this week's edition of Milwaukee's longest-running culinary podcast, we're sharing your all-day guide to Milwaukee's best food trucks. We also discuss a story about an amazing Milwaukee girl making her own salad dressing and Ann's story about healthy comfort dishes. Also a new pasta maker is coming to Bay View later this year.

Ann recently pieced together a guide to dining all day at some of Milwaukee's best food trucks. "It's very enticing, and it's easy to do," Ann says.

The day starts at Ruby's Bagels (get a bagel with cold-smoked salmon and cream cheese), then continues at Taqueria Buenavista (for great street tacos and tortas), Modern Maki, Pete's Pops and Maya Ophelia’s (for vegetarian food so good you'll never miss the meat), then ends with a late-night burger from The Fatty Patty. It's safe to say you won't be hungry after this tour.

Orange Summer's healthy salad dressing

How great is this? Taniya Purifoy, a 10-year-old Milwaukee girl, has created her own salad dressing business called Orange Summer. As the Journal Sentinel reports, she took her salad dressing idea to "Kid Shark Tank MKE" then launched her own online store. Dressings include a sweet and spicy ranch, a smokey French dressing and an sweetened lemon garlic. And they're healthier than your average salad dressings, too.

Hear us talk about all that and more on this week's episode below.
