Fiserv Forum is offering some clever new dishes this Bucks season

On this week's edition, we're talking about all the new foods featured at the Fiserv Forum ahead of the upcoming Bucks season. We're also talking about a new restaurant that just opened at the Iron Horse Hotel, and some news about Egg & Flour Pasta Bar. And finally we close the episode with another edition of Ask Ann.

The Bucks are undefeated in the pre-season, and when the regular season kicks off fans will have some new culinary options to choose from at Fiserv Forum. Sobelman's is going to offer fried pickle chips. There will also be a Fiserv Forum-exclusive “Gyro Dog” from Klement’s, a curry chicken bowl from FreshFin Poke, Pork Carnitas Torta from El Rey, a hand-carved brisket plate from Iron Grate BBQ, a dish called "Happy Chicken" from Dan Dan, and a margarita slushy from Casamigos.

In other Fiserv news, the chef behind Red Light Ramen will be opening up a hamburger and hot dog joint in the arena. It will offer two types of burgers. The Ardent Burger will be a butter burger topped with cold-pack horseradish cheese sauce, iceberg lettuce and pickle slices. He will also offer a French Onion Burger topped with cold-pack horseradish cheese sauce and caramelized onions. There will also be a Tiger Dog which is a 12-inch hot dog topped with tiger sauce, haystack onions and Gehl’s cheese sauce.

Don't miss this big news about a local favorite: Egg & Flour will open a second location in Bay View in early 2020. The pasta shop will be similar to its Crossroads location, with counter service and an ever-changing menu of fresh-made pastas. It will also offer a large beer and wine selection and to-go options, so you can buy fresh pasta to make at home. It will also host pasta classes.

And finally, Ann closes out the episode with another installment of Ask Ann, which she fills with some reliable restaurant recommendations. And no, she did not forget about Riverwest.
