December 10th, 2016 marked 1 year of "The Mix" being on the air for 88Nine. It has been a pleasure bringing the fine folks of the Milwaukee, music from several talented local DJ's and DJ's from far away places. Peter Luts is not from across town, but from overseas, Belgium to be exact. At a young age, he picked up a few instruments and started experimenting with music and melodies. Since then, Peter has brought us many projects and hits. If you've followed dance music for as long as I have, you'd know him from successful groups like Lasgo, Ian Van Dahl, Pearl and Anna Grace. You may have heard him on club-projects like Groovewatchers, Nu Gen, Heliac and of course the records under his own name.
You can find Peter Luts mixing tracks in clubs like Pacha (Ibiza), Loft (Paris, France), MAD (Lausanne, Switzerland) or even the prestigious club Amnesia in Miami (USA). In between his international gigs, Peter is a resident at Versuz (Hasselt, Belgium).
If you're not traveling to any of those cool locations anytime soon you can hear Peter on the Belgian radio station MNM, or on the Internet at Dance-tunes.com. It was a pleasure having him on the show.
The Mix on 88.9FM is Milwaukee’s first Mix Show dedicated to local Milwaukee DJ’s & listeners from all walks of the Electronic Dance Music scene. Tune in Saturdays from 10pm to Midnight.
