Deputy Executive Director
The Deputy Executive Director supports the overall administrative leadership of Radio Milwaukee by providing strategic oversight of the organization's operational, financial, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for driving organizational efficiency, ensuring robust administrative infrastructure, and supporting the Executive Director in managing the organization’s core business operations. This role works in partnership with the Executive Director, who leads programming, content, and creativity, ensuring that operations support and enhance the station’s mission. The Social Media Strategist is responsible for leading the creation and execution of digital content across all social platforms. Facilities & IT Manager
The Facilities & IT Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Radio Milwaukee's technology systems and infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for IT and telecommunications support. This role manages the hardware, software, and network systems, working with external vendors as needed to ensure reliable and secure technology operations. In addition, the Facilities & IT Manager oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds, supporting day-to-day operations and facility-related needs, including event-rental coordination.
