Assistant Program Director
The Radio Milwaukee Assistant Program Director (APD) supports the Program Directors in advancing the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of 88Nine and HYFIN. This position serves as a critical partner in driving growth in listenership, ratings and revenue, while ensuring alignment with Radio Milwaukee’s mission and high standard of programming excellence. On-Air Host / Personality
The On-Air Host represents Radio Milwaukee’s voice in the community by introducing programs and music, reading promotional copy and public service announcements, and contributing to station social-media initiatives. The person in this role will maximize audience acceptance and ratings by effectively projecting the station’s desired on-air image in a professional manner while performing the required technical functions of assigned air-shift. Facilities & IT Manager
The Facilities & IT Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Radio Milwaukee's technology systems and infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for IT and telecommunications support. This role manages the hardware, software, and network systems, working with external vendors as needed to ensure reliable and secure technology operations. In addition, the Facilities & IT Manager oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds, supporting day-to-day operations and facility-related needs, including event-rental coordination. The Account Executive is a full-time media sales position responsible for selling Radio Milwaukee sponsorship packages and digital media to secure financial support for our mission.
