How many houses have a roller skating rink!? Neighborhood House of Milwaukee does! Located at 2819 W. Richardson Place, Neighborhood house provides programming for children and families, including early childhood services, outdoor and environmental education, family nights, and even a University of Kids club.
I met with Donte Merriweather, Youth Program Coordinator, who enthusiastically took me on a tour of Neighborhood House's facilities (including that roller-skating rink), where I then met up with a cadre of kids working on an upcoming art exhibit.
