Radio Milwaukee welcomed Field Report live in the studios today.
Field Report is a modern folk make-up of acoustic sounds mixed with detail-oriented narratives. Lead singer Chris Porterfield tells us of the journey of how Field Report came together. Porterfield played the pedal steel with Justin Vernon and pre-Bon Iver rockers in DeYarmund Edison. He learned how to write songs from being apart of Conrad Plymouth. And now he's part of a nationally acclaimed group, Field Report.
Playing "Incommunicado" and "I'm Not Waiting Anymore" from their debut entitled album on Partisan Records, here's Milwaukee's very own Field Report.
