Radio Milwaukee's very own Marcus Doucette welcomed singer-songwriter Tift Merritt into the 88Nine studio today for a special live performance.
Tift Merritt is well known for her ability to turn music and lyrics into beautiful stories that linger long after the final note is played. In 2002, she released her debut album Bramble Rose which earned her critical acclaim and launched her career as a renowned folk artist. Now, Merritt is on tour in support of her most recent release Travelling Alone. The album was recorded in only 8 days, making it a truly passionate and real listening experience.
