Beneath the Veil: Half Day Retreat
Beneath the Veil: Half Day Retreat
Halloween and Día de los Muertos invite us to pause at a powerful threshold — a space between what has been and what is becoming.
This is a time to remember those who came before us, honor what has passed, and listen inwardly to the parts of ourselves, our stories, and our ways of being that may be ready to soften, release, or rest.
Beneath the Veil is a half-day gathering for anyone longing to turn inward, honor a loss, shed what no longer serves them, or gather in community to reflect on where we have come from and what is emerging within us.
Whether you are grieving, moving through a season of transition, or simply feeling called to slow down and reconnect, you are welcome here.
Together, we will explore the ancient and universal themes of death, remembrance, release, and rebirth — not as something to fear, but as natural movements within the cycles of life.
Through ceremonial cacao, flower meditation and altar making, community ritual, somatic movement, and deep rest, we will create space for presence, surrender, stillness, remembrance, and renewal.
We will gently explore the identities, expectations, stories, and patterns we carry — and consider what might become possible when we loosen our grip on who we think we are supposed to be.
Come as you are.
If you feel called, bring a photograph of a loved one you would like to honor, or a small object, flower, or offering to contribute to our communal altar. Bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest with ease.
