Kenilworth Square East Gallery

Continuum 24: Where Everything Begins combines selected pieces from distinct bodies of work by Raoul Deal created both individually and in collaboration with other artists and communities in the United States and Mexico over a period of 35 years.

Also included is artwork by students he taught and mentored over the past two decades as an instructor in UWM’s Peck School of the Arts Department of Art and Design. The exhibit crosses boundaries of language, culture and time, and embodies a variety of creative disciplines including painting, sculpture, printmaking, installation and community art.
