Who: This event is free for any parents, guardians and caregivers of Milwaukee youth!

What will I learn?
By the end of this workshop, we hope you will:
Understand the importance of your teen’s health care rights and responsibilities.
Feel more confident in your ability to support your teen as they start to become more responsible for their own health and health care.
Identify steps you can take to make sure your teen is well-prepared to manage their own health and health care as they transition into young adulthood!
