Sound Waves Summer Concert Series

Bring the whole family to hear local musicians live on four Monday evenings this July! Kick back with a lawn chair or blanket and listen while enjoying beverages available for purchase.

Performances take place at the Pavilion from 6:30-7:30pm and are free with membership or admission.

In the case of inclement weather, the performances will be moved to the Great Hall.

July 7 | Rhonda Jean and KZ Duo
Rhonda Jean and KZ are a singer-songwriter duo performing a variety of Americana music from the ‘60s to today, including songs by Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Dolly Parton, and The Beatles. They are a family-centered group that include sing-alongs in their performance and play music meant for dancing.

July 14 | Ryan Meisel’s Spiritual Currents
Ryan Meisel plays all North American Traditional Flutes, Slovakian Fujara, Lithuanian Birbyne and Skuduciai Flutes, East Indian Bansuri, Saxophones and silver Baroque Flute. He blends Indigenous world music with his background in Jazz, and his music honors his deep spiritual connection to nature and inspiration from Indigenous world cultures. He also incorporates storytelling and an all-ages drum circle for audience members in his performance.
July 21 | The Souvenirs
The Souvenirs are a semi-acoustic band with a focus on songs which spark an emotional connection or have a story to tell. They play a blend of Americana from Blues to Rock, Folk to Soul with influences including John Prine, Patty Griffin, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Raitt and The Band.

July 28 | The All-Star Supper Club Band
The All-Star Supper Club Band includes Jim Vailliencourt on guitar, Jeff Schneider on percussion, and Ben Vailliencourt on bass and saxophone. This trio plays instrumental classics from the 1950’s to today, as well as original songs. Their laid-back, leisurely music is not only family friendly, but fun to dance to.
