Research has suggested that actively listening to birdsong contributes to perceived stress recovery and attention restoration. Join us and fellow birders of all ability levels and explore the parks with us looking for our feathery friends together! This is a volunteer opportunity, so to participate you must fill out a volunteer application or login to your logistics account when you arrive.
