Happy Birthday to the founder and sole original member of Boston's Lemonheads, Evan Dando. The band hit their critical and commercial peak with 1992's "It's A Shame About Ray". While the title track and the cover of "Mrs. Robinson" that was appended to latter versions of the album got a lot of airplay, the highlight of the album for me was "Confetti".
The cover comes from Scottish band Frightened Rabbit, who did the song to The Onion's AV Club.
