- NOW OPEN! New Sendik’s Exhibit at Betty Brinn Children’s Museum (4/9) – The Sendik’s Food Market portion of the Home Town exhibit has just undergone a refresh, and it opens to the public on Thursday, April 9! In Home Town, kids can immerse themselves in make-believe adventures while creatively building math, literacy and social skills. The kid-sized grocery store even has working phones and cash registers with pretend money.

- NOW OPEN: Domes Spring Show – BEES! (4/4-5/25) – Learn about several types of native Wisconsin bees in a landscape fit for a bumblebee’s playground — surrounded by hydrangeas, spring bulbs, and eight one-of-a-kind sculptures made from recycled metal. Discover the vital role these incredible pollinators play in our gardens, ecosystems, and lives.
- The Finale: Diorama-RAMA at Milwaukee Public Museum (4/11) – During this closeout celebration, visitors can stop by interactive stations that behind the scenes on just a few of the many elements that bring the MPM dioramas to life.
- Kid Boogie Down at The Cooperage (4/11) – Milwaukee-based DJ Lukewarm introduces young audiences to genres ranging from classic disco and funk to modern hits synced with visuals, lights, lasers, bubbles, and more!
- Industrial Atmospheres LEGO Workshop at The Grohmann Museum (4/11) – Led by LEGO experts and art educators, participants will create LEGO builds that incorporate heavy machinery, factories, and vibrant colors. Completed builds will be placed on display for all to see. All skill levels welcome.
- PAW Patrol Live! A Mighty Adventure (4/11-4/12) – Join the PAW Patrol pups as they unleash their mighty superpowers at the Miller High Life Theatre. This all-new live show features heroic action, catchy tunes and interactive fun.
- Disney’s Frozen at First Stage’s Todd Wehr Theater (4/11-5/17) – Full of magic, humor, and a stunning musical score, Frozen is a powerful tale of sisterhood, acceptance, and finding the real meaning of true love.
Free Fun
- Free Trails Day at Riveredge Nature Center (FREE, 4/11, Saukville) – Hike for free on 10 miles of trails, and stop in at the Visitor Center to learn about Riveredge and the different sights you can see.
- Water N’ Kids With the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary at Hales Corners Library (FREE, 4/11, Hales Corners) – Adults will learn how to properly fit a life jacket for their children, while kids learn essential safety basics. Recommended for ages 4-7.
- New Berlin Historical Society Open House (FREE, 4/11, New Berlin) – The New Berlin History Museum is open on the second Sunday of each month during the hours of 1-4 p.m.
- Toddler Rave at Good Hope Library (FREE, 4/11) – This little kids dance party includes glow sticks, bubbles, sparkles and fun!
- Week of the Young Child Kickoff Celebration (FREE, 4/11-4/17) – Celebrate early learning, young children, caregivers, teachers, families, and communities. There will be a kiddie-sized parade, hands-on make-and-take activities, sensory play, giveaways, and more.
