The Milwaukee alt-rock outfit are hooking up their fans this week with help from New Barons, delivering a new album and a beverage to enjoy with it.

Established in 2006, The Brewery Neighborhood Improvement District #1 (The Brewery District) is the first neighborhood improvement district in the state of Wisconsin and a shining example of historic preservation and adaptive reuse nationwide. Formerly the site of Pabst Brewery, the 21-acre campus was destined to be reduced to rubble following the brewery’s abrupt closing in 1996. Yet under the vision and leadership of real estate developer and philanthropist Joseph J. Zilber, the once-abandoned district has transformed into a thriving mixed-use, safe and vibrant community in which to live, work, learn and play. For more information, visit www.thebrewery.org.

The Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts is a 501(c)3 non-profit in Downtown Sheboygan, WI. With 1,150 seats, the venue hosts a series of live performances including music, comedy, variety acts, a movie series and more. Over the years, performers have ranged from Abbot and Costello, Duke Ellington and the Marx Brothers, to Alan Parsons, the Avett Brothers and Melissa Ethridge. The venue was originally constructed in 1928 and has been restored to its original Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style and “atmosphere” theater, popular in the 1920s.
