If you're in southeastern Wisconsin, you don't need us to tell you it's extremely hot outside.

An excessive heat warning issued by the National Weather Service is in effect until 7 p.m. Thursday, with heat indexes that could reach 114º on Wednesday and 109º on Thursday. The NWS recommends staying out of the sun and keeping to cool indoor locations when possible. If you don't have immediate access to a cool location, below is a rundown of places to cool off in the Milwaukee area.
