It is a true pleasure to introduce myself to you as the next executive director of 88Nine Radio Milwaukee.
I have found my dream job.
First and foremost, I have been inspired by the core mission our organization strives every day to achieve – to help create a better, more inclusive and engaged Milwaukee – through music and stories created for our culturally open-minded community.
I am also a fan of 88Nine -- we have that in common -- and proud supporter of its mission to help make an impact in our community. That in itself means the world to me.
I’m a Milwaukee native that grew up in the local music scene. I am grateful to have married my soulmate, Erin. Together we have three children -- a freshman going to UW-Madison, a senior graduating from Nicolet High School and an energetic 5-year-old just starting his schooling.
My wife Erin and I perform in a yacht rock tribute band called The Docksiders that periodically travels the country. The Docksiders won the WAMI award for Best New Artist in 2019, and are nominated for best Tribute Act this year.
