Dave Chappelle will play four shows at Milwaukee's Pabst Theater next week

How's this for short notice? Dave Chappelle will play four shows at the Pabst Theater next week.

The legendary comedian will perform 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. shows on Tuesday, March 10, and Wednesday, March 11, the venue just announced. And given the short notice and considerable restrictions put on the show, it seems likely he'll be performing new material. No cellphones or cameras will be allowed.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m.

From the press release:

All shows are cellphone, camera-free events. Audience members with cellphones will be required to place them in a locked pouch for the duration of the event. Anyone caught with a cell phone inside the venue will be immediately ejected. Additionally, all material performed is copyright protected by Pilot Boy Productions, Inc./Dave Chappelle and may not be reproduced in any form. See full policy below.
