For over ten years, Walnut Way neighborhood has gradually been populated home builders who at times felt more like pioneers. A neighborhood riddled with empty lots, it took a special kind of person to build in this neighborhood. "Why not just buy? And if you're going to build, why not build in an established neighborhood?" There are a slew of complexities that color every person's answer, but everyone has their reasons for investing in and building a new community. Not Fran's house, but a Walnut Way scene..."
Fran is one of those people who built in the Walnut Way neighborhood and her protection of her neighborhood has been at the same time fierce and friendly. Listen, as she details her personal brand of building community:
