Last night, I went to Mad Planet for the electronic weekly called Melt. There was some amazing music last night from All Tiny Creatures, Adoptahighway, Demix and others. While there, I ran into Milwaukee producer/DJ Lorn, who is signed to Flying Lotus' label Brainfeeder Records. A few weeks back I mentioned that Lorn's debut release "Nothing Else" was the most overlooked Milwaukee release of 2010.
We started talking about touring on the world and what that was like, and then he told me he will be playing this year's Coachella on the Pure Filth stage along with his partner from Omega Clash Milwaukee's Adoptahighway. He will be playing alongside artists such as Caspa, Mary Anne Hobbs, Magnetic Man, and others. Lorn will be performing on Sunday, April 17th.
