Steve Gretzka owns Sven's Cafein Bay View and if you want a sip of the old country (Deutschland), then this is your place. Steve even roasts his own coffee beans for Sven's and is planning on opening yet another roasting facility so you can get more BEAN for your buck.
I met up with Steve at his establishment, where he regaled me with stories of his Berlin upbringing, his love of old "stuff" and his support of local artists. I also got to see my MIAD student, Indie Lalonde, in action as barista-extraordinaire. Give your ears a wee sip of this.
