I recognized Kathy Papineau when she "friended" me on Facebook, and then responded on Facebook to our Meet the Need request for personal stories. Kathy is the Local behind MKE Localicious, her own foodie business where she provides locally prepared food from, well, locally grown produce and critters. Kathy was inspired to respond to our Meet the Need campaign by coming down to the 88Nine Radio Milwaukee studios to tell her story...and it's all about SOUP.
