For the last 25 years, Cory Ballard has struggled with vision loss.
Actually, that's not true.
"I've taken the time to learn how work around that inconvenience," he says. "It's not the end of the world."
Providing for a wife and two young children, he says he doesn't have time to feel sorry for himself. Since he only has vision in one eye -- he says like looking through "frosted glass" -- he uses new adaptive technologies to assist with daily tasks.
