Nothing feels more like a summer day than a feel-good reggae tune and I had something brand new from "Mr. Boombastic"b.k.a. Shaggy on Wednesday that fit that description to a tee. His first single "Fight This Feeling" from a new album, Out of Many, One Music also features lover's rock legend Beres Hammond and was produced by the " Riddim Twins" Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare. I'm hoping there's going to be more like this on the new album because Shaggy still sounds good doing that throwback dancehall and a touch of roots always has gone well with his distinctive vocal style. And the video...it's actually quite touching, he and Beres have an obvious chemistry and the studio to stage motif serves the song well.
