There is something really special about the Madison-based band Phox. If you could describe their sound, I would called it uniquley 'Wisconsin.' I don't even know what that means exactly, but everytime I hear their music I think about Wisconsin. There is nothing like them anywhere in this country. That is why I see big things for this band in the near future. Everytime I hear their music or catch a performance, it truly moves me.
