Today is FAT TUESDAY!
We are celebrating all day with the music of New Orleans. So I thought the Seven O'Clock Sample should too. I pulled out a Mardi Gras classic this morning with the song "Big Chief" by the great Professor Longhair.
The Professor's classic was sampled in 2006 by the Future Cut production crew for Lily Allen's track "Knock Em Out".
