Niki Fischer or known as Niki Kitz, a music activist for Apart music, has come a long way in a short time.
Inspired by what moves her, electronic music, and being a witness to a Felix da Housecat and Claude VonStroke show at Detroit’s infamous Bert’s Warehouse in 2009 she spent her time doing what we all do when we find something we love, research.
Early in 2012 she made her debut starting off in Madison now the Milwaukee based house, tech house, deep house & techno DJ is an Apart resident at Studio 200. As well as plays other Apart music events such as the upcoming 8th Annual off Movement Event in Detroit.
Personally I feel like I’m listening to a mix of Maya Jane Coles and Nina Kravitz and let me tell you if you resemble those two talented DJ’s you are by far a talent itself and that is what Niki Kitz is.
