The duo Sylvan Esso are having a great year. Sylvan Esso's Nick Sanborn and Amelia Meath didn't intend this project to be a band initially, and thankfully they did turn it into a band. Sylvan Esso is currently on tour with Tune-Yards, but will be performing two dates in Milwaukee this Summer. On June 28 at the PBR/Burnheart's Street Party, Sylvan Esso will headline the Bayview festival. Then on September 5, the duo will return to Bayview to perform at The Cactus Club.
However, if you can't wait to see them live, you can catch Sylvan Esso and Tune-Yards perform a sold-out show tonight in DC at the iconic 9:30 Club. NPR will be streaming the entire show, which you can watch below. The concert will begin around 8pm with a set from Slyvan Esso followed with a set from Tune-Yards at 9pm.
