Next week, creative minds from across the country will be in Milwaukee for a two-day conference focused on innovation.
It's called Flying Car, running June 25 - 27, and it will focus on collaboration and generating new ideas.
“That’s what we are trying to get people to do -- be innovative in how we do things, how we present ourselves, how we run our businesses,” said Greater Milwaukee Committee's Michael Hostad.
The conference features speakers leading the way in innovation from a diverse group of companies.
This year’s keynote is Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.
Flying Car will also offer interactive lab sessions to participants. The labs are hands-on workshops led by forward-minded presenters from companies like Johnson Controlsand GE Healthcare.
The event seeks to advance innovation with collaboration and focuses on linking people through different experiences, Hostad said. People from all backgrounds are encouraged to attend -- to inspire, to motivate and to connect with one another.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased through the Flying Car website where you can also find the full event schedule. Click the player above to hear Nate Imig’s interview with Michael Hostad.
