In the first part of the first hour, we featured new music from the French-Cuban twins known as Ibeyi, and Brazilian born cellist and singer/songwriter Dom La Nena. Then we played track from the amazing album To Pimp Butterfly from Kendrick Lamar. In addition to featuring new music from Kendrick, we played tracks from artists that collaborated with Kendrick on his new album like Flying Lotus, Thundercat, Sonnymoon, and Bilal.
In the second hour, we played another track from Kendrick Lamar’s instant classic 'To Pimp A Butterfly.' We will also featured new tracks from Beat Spacek, producer Romare, and R&B artist Tinashe. Finally, we played a track from Sade-inspired compilation from the Soulection crew. All this and more on Rhythm Lab Radio.
