Generations of scouts have fun while giving back at camp

Camp Ammon combines all the fun of a summer camp while requiring campers to volunteer their services to the Wisconsin State Fair. Formed in 1933 and named for the former Director of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture , this co-ed camp is open to all Scouts, from Venturers to Explorers, to Boy and Girl scouts, ages 13 to 17.  During their 12-days at Camp Ammon, kids enjoy camp activities like volleyball, dances, movies and swimming all while completing 3-6 hours of service on the grounds of the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis each day.
