If you thought musicians were not exactly athletic, you may be surprised that a 32 band basketball tournament just ended, and a new tennis tourney will begin this Saturday.
"Love - Bands" tennis tournament will take place at Lake Park on Saturday (4-7pm) and McKinely Park on Sunday (1-4pm). New Boyz Club will perform live courtside to kick-off the event at 4pm on Saturday. There will be a singles and doubles tournament.
The tournament is still open - those both musically and tennis inclined can sign-up via lovebandsmke
