Good Land Reads is teaming up with Dead Bird Brewing, TBR MKE, Epilogue Books, and Lumos Beauty Studio for a community book drive benefiting local cancer patients and caregivers. Some of the donated books will be shared through breast cancer organizations and programs, including with patients and survivors at Hope Village during Milwaukee's Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk.

Bring new or gently loved adult books to donate, then stick around for Dead Bird’s monthly book swap. Bring books to trade, grab a drink or treat, and connect with fellow Milwaukee readers.

Book clubs can also sign up for a 30–60 minute wrapping shift to help turn donated books into “blind dates with a book” for someone who could use a little reading escape.
