Book 'Snugglers' Story Time
Book 'Snugglers' Story Time
Bring the whole family to Jewish Museum Milwaukee to enjoy a meaningful story time connected to our current special exhibit, The Book Smugglers. Our Book ‘Snuggler’ sessions feature a picture book that has been banned in various places around the nation but that demonstrates real historical events and positive social values. After reading the book out loud, our lead docent, Cathy Nemerovski will teach each participant to make their own mini-book, using only a single piece of paper and one short scissor-cut. Crayons and coloring time will round out the experience, so each creator can head home with a book of their own making.
Learners of all ages are welcome! Feel free to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, or stuffed animal for snuggling.
