Get Ready for 2025 — a city wide Milwaukee homecoming like no other. You’re invited to a vibrant, inclusive celebration on the water, featuring an unforgettable boat parade and a mesmerizing drone show over our beautiful lakefront. Stay tuned for prime viewing locations, but save the date today and get ready to RSVP to join the fun—or even sail with us in the parade!

Folks who have a boat can join the party for free at the confluence of the Milwaukee River and Lake Michigan located next to the Hoan. Those who do not own a boat can reserve a ticket on one of two VIP boat cruises provided by the festival, each with unique themes and music. People who prefer to stay out of the water are welcome to party on the adjacent Riverwalk where they can experience the sounds and sights of Hoancoming for free.  

Hoancoming is Milwaukee’s end-of-summer celebration and features live music, a boat parade, and a drone and light show that is synced to the lights on the bridge and visible from both water and land. Several local businesses will host general viewing areas, including Boone & Crocket, Cooperage Bar, Red Light House, and more.
