Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 3-7, as Sincerely in Song hosts the 3rd Annual Wildflowers on the Water at Lakeshore State Park—a free, family-friendly celebration of community, nature, and the arts.
Presented in collaboration with Friends of Lakeshore State Park, our Sustainability Partner, Rock the Green, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, this inspiring event brings Milwaukeeans together to uplift Wisconsin’s only free urban state park through live music, local art, interactive activities, and a strong message of community connection.
Founded by musician and advocate Sarah Fierek, Sincerely in Song pairs every song release with a non-profit cause, creating powerful moments of shared purpose. Through Wildflowers on the Water, the organization brings its mission to life—uplifting voices, causes, and communities under the banner of “Music Partnerships for Humanity.”
This year's lineup features an eclectic mix of performances from:
• DJ Marcus Doucette
• Jack Tell
• Malik Johnson
• Sarah Fierek & The Wildflowers
• Angie Mack
• Klassik
• SitarNik & Shock Tea
• ...and more
Beyond music, attendees can experience:

• Live outdoor painting and make-and-take wildflower-inspired canvas art with Syd the Muralist
• Participatory art experience featuring three large green canvases hosted by Nicole Shaver, an interdisciplinary artist, where festival-goers are invited to paint their own wildflowers. Whether you're an experienced painter or just want to add a splash of color, come leave your mark and help grow a collaborative garden of art at Wildflowers on the Water!
