Jesse Frewerd is a Milwaukee‑based singer‑songwriter and U.S. Army veteran whose music bridges heartfelt story‑songs with rootsy rock and country. After serving in Iraq as a cavalry scout, Frewerd turned to songwriting as a form of catharsis, sharing his journey in deeply emotional tracks like “Soldier Coming Home,” which explores the highs and lows of returning home from war.

Frewerd is also known for infusing his community outreach—serving as a brand ambassador for Guitars for Vets and working with CreatiVets to help fellow veterans find healing through music. He regularly performs solo and with his wife in their joint musical project, Canary Canyon, adding rich harmonies and collaborative depth to his performances.
