River Habitat Workday:
Saturday 10/18
at Whitewater Creek

This Saturday, Southeastern WI Trout Unlimited and neighboring chapter Oakbrook, IL TU are set to work on Whitewater Creek just Southeast of Whitewater, WI. It has been a few years since we've worked on this creek so there will be plenty to do. The plan is to install 40 biologs and backfill them in with brush. This is a big job and a great opportunity to make an impact in our backyard. If you're interested in volunteering, please RSVP to Ken Rizzo at riz2337@yahoo.com. Workday will start 9am and end at noon followed by our traditional brat fry. Workers should bring waders, safety glasses, work gloves, and a chair to relax in afterwards!

Directions from Milwaukee:
From the Milwaukee Metro area take I-43 southwest then take exit 38 for WI-20 toward East Troy. Follow WI-20 west (9.5 miles) and then west US-12 (6.1 miles) to Reliance Rd. Turn left onto Reliance Rd and follow for 0.8 miles to County Highway P. Turn right onto County Highway P then take an immediate left onto Millis Road and travel 0.4 mile to the parking lot destination on the left.
