Our goal is to unite, honor and engage young promising leaders in attendance with elegance and inspiration in addition to amplifying the city and what it has to offer focusing on talent retention and growth.

Theme: Dandyism - Gala Look Book & Style Guide

This year’s theme, Dandyism, is a celebration of personal style and the belief that how we present ourselves to the world truly matters. It is an invitation to use fashion as a tool for storytelling whether its cultural clothing, colors you feel most vibrant in and what defines your Dandy.
