Be transported to the city of lights, where figures like Henry Ossawa Tanner, Josephine Baker, Langston Hughes, Richard Wright, and James Baldwin lived and created in defiance of American racism.

With over 100 objects, including masterpiece paintings and sculptures from The DuSable’s permanent collection, archival photographs, and multimedia elements, Paris in Black tells a global story of Black resilience and creativity.

Winner of five Tony Awards, including Best Play, The Lehman Trilogy is a riveting tour-de-force that is sure to captivate the imagination. In 1844, a young man from Germany stands on a New York dockside dreaming of a new life in the new world. He is joined by his two brothers, and an American epic begins. Over the next 163 years, the Lehmans transformed a small storefront into an unstoppable investment superpower – until a collapse that pushed the global economy to the brink of destruction. With three extraordinary actors portraying over 50 characters, this universally acclaimed play tests the bounds of the American dream and the limits of epic theatricality with a one-of-a-kind event you won’t want to miss!

This charming show comes direct from Northern Sky Theater and celebrates the deep connections we share with our family, community and the land around us. With touching songs and home-grown humor, you’ll treasure this funny, fitting love letter to a slice of our great state’s history.

Winner of multiple awards for best tribute band, Steely Dane is dedicated to not only faithfully reproducing the Steely Dan and Donald Fagen songbook, but to bringing an energetic live-show experience to the crowd. Fourteen of Dane County’s best jazz and rock musicians have banded together around their passion for Steely Dan music, playing in the same configuration as the Steely Dan touring band including a four piece horn section and three background singers. Shows consist of hits and deep cuts and sometimes even complete albums and are sure to have you out of your seats singing along.

The Tosa Farmers Market is a local not-for-profit organization that carefully curates the best, freshest foods in the region, but it’s more than that. It’s a community hub for foodies, cyclists, coffee-lovers, music fans, yogis, kids — and all their neighbors.

For over 10 years, we've been supporting local farmers, food producers and artisans, & creating a more sustainable community. Every week, the market is home to about 45 farmers and food producers, selling a first-class mix of produce, plants, cut flowers, bread and baked goods, award-winning cheese, coffee, waffles, popsicles, fish, meat and poultry, and prepared breakfast and dinner items. The first Saturday of each month, we also add a Makers Market, featuring a juried selection of local artisans selling handmade arts and crafts.

Journey Forward: A FREE Cancer Survivorship Wellness Day that celebrates the full spectrum of wellness — body, mind, and spirit — as survivors navigate life beyond cancer. This day offers practical tools, expert guidance, and community connection to help you restore strength, reduce stress, nourish your body, and reconnect with your inner light. Through multidisciplinary panels, hands-on experiences, movement, and reflection, participants will leave empowered to thrive in all aspects of their wellness journey. Registration is required. Space is limited, so early sign-up is encouraged
