Zach Bryan’s tour makes time for Milwaukee with Fiserv Forum date

Fiserv Forum

We’re not quite out of August, but next spring’s live-music calendar is already looking pretty good if you’re a country fan in Milwaukee.

A couple weeks ago, it was Luke Combs announcing his two-night stint at American Family Field on April 12 and 13. Today, Zach Bryan delivered somewhat of a surprise by claiming a March 20 date at Fiserv Forum that’ll include openers The Middle East and Levi Turner.

Milwaukee has treated Bryan kindly during his rapid ascent to stardom, but his show in the Cream City still had an air of unexpectedness considering he was just here in early July to play the AmFam Amp at Summerfest. That appearance — like Bryan’s Big Gig debut the year before at the Miller Lite Oasis — went over like gangbusters, with theJournal Sentinel’s Piet Levy calling it “a towering stunner.”

A little more than eight months later, the alt-country megastar will make it three years in a row here in Milwaukee while still keeping the setlist fresh thanks to his self-titled album that came out last Friday. “The Quittin’ Time Tour” will start right down I-94 with two shows in Chicago on March 6 and 7 before heading to the Northeast, then doing the famed Toronto-Milwaukee two’fer.

If you’re interested in picking up tickets to Bryan’s Fiserv Forum show, you can register for the artist presale, which gets underway next Wednesday, Sept. 6. The general sale starts at 10 a.m. two days later, Sept. 8, on the venue’s website and at the box office located at 1111 Vel R. Phillips Ave.
