Local duo Quilz are dialed in. Simultaneously producing quality, original music as well as a growing raft of fun covers as well, they'll showcase both sides of their catalog October 1 at Cactus Club. They have a new flexidisc (remember those?) out featuring a cover of The Troggs' classic "With A Girl Like You", in which singer Becky Heck flips the gender to "With a Boy Like You".
