Warren Zevon could technically be called a 'one hit wonder' a term I loathe, because really, how many of us can write even ONE hit? But to most, his song "Werewolves of London" will certainly ring a bell. Warren's catalog was so deep and rich though, that to single out that one hit is patently unfair. His songs were also hits for artists like Linda Ronstadt and his admirers were legion: Jackson Browne, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Don Henley also David Letterman and Hunter S. Thompson, to name a few.
