Artists' statement

I have been playing drums since I was eight, and since then picked up trombone and piano. I’m currently 17 years old attending Whitefish Bay High School, and am looking to pursue either music performance, music business, or audio engineering as my major in college. I have currently play in two bands, Rocket Cat and Cosmic endeavors, as well as the Milwaukee Jazz Institute.

Playing and interacting with others is, in my opinion, the highest form of creativity. For the last 5-6 years I have played all over the Southern Wisconsin area including Summerfest, State Fair, Bay View Bash and many others. This song is a product of quarantine and all instruments are played by me, except the saxophone solo and the synthesizer solo, on a MIDI controller or drum set. I had my friend Casimir Riley, who plays in my band Cosmic Endeavors, send me the sax solo, and my friend Jack Koshkin, who lives in Germany, send over his synth solo.

This is the first song off of my first EP that I will be releasing hopefully early 2021. I will also have some sort of live stream EP release show as well.
