Milwaukee rap hero Webster X and his partner in musical adventures Q The Sun have been cryptically dropping a simple question over the past few weeks, "Who Is Kid X?"
They have even created a website dedicated to this simple question.
This morning, live on 88Nine, they answered this riddle.
"Kid X" is the new Radiohead-inspired side project created by this dynamic Milwaukee duo. The samples for this new project revolve around Radiohead's critically acclaimed fourth studio album "KID A."
Q and WebsterX spoke with me this morning about the influence this album had on them 15 years ago, and talked about the new project's release.
In addition to learning the identity of Kid X, we also heard a sneak peak of the new album, before it drops this Tuesday.
